Hotel Continental - Taormina

Very clean laundry. An appropriate breakfast. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Solved our problem of air condition immediately. Receptionists quite helpful. Good value for money. Thank you very much.

It was a pity that the garden was neglected. Hotel needs to stock cold drinks.

Brand-new rooms, luxury bathrooms, great beds. Varied breakfast with variety of food. Quiet and ideal location high on a cliff, very close to an arched gateway. Efficient service and a rooftop restaurant onsite.

Excellent service, great location! Cost enough to all of the action and amazing staff!

There are only 4 parking places in front of the hotel so you usually have to park at least some distance away.

Location of the Hotel is ideal, only a short walk from the main street. Staff were all very friendly and not intrusive. The Hotel is clean & provides great value for money

There are a lot of steps to negotiate when leaving/returning to the hotel from the main street. Didn't bother me personally but something to be mindful of. There is an alternative route which we discovered on the day we were leaving!!

Thank you very much everyone for a really nice stay for four nights in June. The location was marvellous, not too far from Corso Umberto. And the area was upscale, short walk to the restaurant, all the restaurants and bars and cable car...

Very knowledgeable and funny staff (fluent in English, Spanish, French and possibly more?) - always available to respond to questions with very good advice (places where to eat in town with excellent local cuisine for a reasonable price - best place where to fill your car in town or at the airport) - very courteous and dedicated - location is very central - the terrace has a fantastic view over the sea - great relation with Taormina beach establishment that gives you a chance to spend time (8:30am to 5:00pm) including transport from and to hotel for only $6.00 - the air condition is working comfortably - keeps you informed of events in town. Morning breakfast is included and is reasonable - parking is limited but they do the best to find you a spot as much as possible - internet is available at no charge

The staff were great , very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were very good and the location is excellent.

The rooms need to be updated which could be done quite easily. Also , its a pity the garden isn't looked after as it is an asset. It is a shame that you can't have your breakfast outside which we would have liked to take advantage of the fine weather.

The staff was extremely accessible and helped us really a lot with planifying the next stops in our tour, such as offering us to use their private computer to make bookings in other B&Bs. The room was pretty big and nice even if the bathroom was a bit old. The location was 2-min from the main street which was ideal.

The breakfast was a buffet but pretty basic, like most of the B&Bs and cheap hotels in Sicily. We were lucky to be able to park right in front of the main entrance, but otherwise it might have been problematic to find a great spot.

The hotel was centrally located in Taormina so that once you found it, you didn't really need a car for several days. The staff were very accomodating and eager to help us with our questions. Overall a very nice comfortable place that is good value for the money.

Difficult to find but that is more a question of there being many hotels in a congested area; also found the front door parking not useable.

The terrace offers amazing views of the coast and Mt. Etna, perfect for sipping a drink while soaking up the sun. Our room was comfy with air conditioning, a minibar, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Breakfast on the terrace was good, with freshly baked pastries and fruits available too. Staff was super nice and always helpful.

Helpful staff who gave us immediate assitance to the malfunction of the air conditioner. Good location to the centre of the most famous street in Taormina, however, it is hard for travellers who carry bulky luggage bags walking on the steps before reaching the hotel. Good seaview on the roof and spacious lobby. Have a balcony with our room.

The hotel needs renovation as the design and facilities of the room are a bit old. Breakfast has little choices and we were served with cold boiled eggs.

Excelent central position and clean.

The spacious terrace offers amazing views of the coast and Mt. Etna, a definite highlight. The comfy rooms are worth the price!
